Anastasia Gkaintartzi is a Member of the Teaching Staff (assoc. lecturer) of the Department of Language and Intercultural Studies. She holds a PhD from the School of Early Childhood Education, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in bi/multilingualism and education. She also holds an MA in Teaching Methodology and Syllabus Development from the Department of Primary Education of University of Thessaly. She graduated from the School of English Language and Literature, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is also a tutor at Masters Programmes of Hellenic Open University. Her publications and research interests focus on bi/multilingualism, language contact, inclusive, multilingual education, language teaching in superdiversity.
